The process starts from either hand selected or customer supplied logs that are slabbed by computer driven precision.

 

The drying of the boards is a critical step in our quality chain.  Our wood kilns are computer climated controlled for accurate reduction of moisture to 5% in a time sensitive sequence.

 

Once the wood is at our moisture tolerance, we hand inspect each piece of wood -- grading to our established high standards.  The boards are ripped down to customers specs, prepping it for the final finishing touches.

 

Getting our raw stock ready is only half the job.  Whether creating custom trim, flooring, staircases or building one of a kind architectural details, our talented craftsmen create the custom touch they take great pride in.
